Is printer setup covered in my TDX Annual Application Service Agreement (TDX AASA)?

During initial setup of your application Terralink Support will assist you with printer alignment for proper printing to shipping documents and 6" x 6" labels. Prior to Terralink Support's assistance it is the responsibility of the customer to load the printer drivers and to assure that the printer is printing to plain paper. Should you purchase new printers, switch PC's etc., Terralink Support is available for printer setup assistance at the "Under Support" technical support preferred hourly costs supplied with your TDX AASA. Terralink Support may at its discretion provide printer support at no additional cost.
