To create a continuation page with any version of TDX, first select the "Tab View" icon at the top right of the open manifest entry form. Tab view presents a more detailed view of the manifest entry form in a tabbed format. Select the "Line Items" tab. You will notice that there are items 1-5 listed in the left side column. Click on the number 5. This is for the first line item of your continuation page. Select the proper DOT shipping name, container type, EPA waste codes etc. for the 5th line item. You will then notice that a 6th line item shows up in the left hand column. Continue adding line items as needed. Click the green check when completed.
