There are two common causes for this issue:

1.) The printer you have specified is a USB printer, and has been unplugged and plugged back in recently, which gives it a new name, and you have chosen the old name

2.) The printer you have selected is not supported by Crystal 9. Usually these are multi-function printers that have complex drivers that include scanning and fax. The way to fix it is to create a new printer that goes to the same physical printer but uses a PCL5 universal print driver.
