Frequently Asked Questions

To set default labels, you will have to edit the information in the forms manager located in the left panel of the program.


1) Click on Forms Manager then click on Form in the navigation tree
2) Find the Hazardous Waste Label or Non-haz label that you want to set as default in the Action list
3) Double click on it to edit and change the “Gate value” drop down to “Hazardous Waste or No-hazardous Waste”, save and exit.

NOTE: If you already had other labels set as defaults, make sure that you select those labels and change their "Gate values” to "Other". YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE DEFAULT LABEL FOR EACH LABEL TYPE.
