If you are receiving this error from your locally installed version of TDX this is unfortunately not an error in the program. The problem is your network is not stable which causes the application client to disconnect from the database. The only thing you can do is restart, log in, and hope that it doesn’t happen in the middle of entering data. Are you connected to your network wirelessly? If this is the case try plugging in and restart the program. If you continue to receive this error contact your IT department. They can contact our support department to discuss.
